Return and refund

The return for the goods is not accepted due to the nature of My Aquarelle Garden products. It is digital goods (PNG and JPG files). Thats is not one physical object not be sent to you.  

Refund

All digital goods are for instant download, as soon as payment has gone through, the digital file is available for download, at this point no refund can be given except for the following exceptions:


If you have ordered a digital product twice by mistake, I am happy to refund you for the second order.

If you have to pay an order but the download is still not available, please get in touch. I will do my best to solve the issue.

If you are not happy with any product, please drop me a message, I will try to fix it.
